If you wish to delete your account, send us a request and we will permanently remove your account and its associated data from our system.
Please note that this action cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all of your information, including your profile data and any associated records, will be irreversibly removed from our database.
Before proceeding, please ensure that you understand the consequences of deleting your account, as you will lose access to all of your account-related information and services.
How to request deletion
Email us from the address on your account, or message us on WhatsApp, and tell us you want your account deleted. Include the name on the account so we can find it. We will confirm once it is done.
